Elaine has over thirty years of experience helping businesses identify operational issues and collaborate to implement solutions. With industry experience in government, finance, and high tech, she combines her knowledge of business operations to build and implement holistic solutions that focus on small businesses success.

Elaine received her Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University, Sacramento.  She earned the Oregon Project Management Certification from Willamette University, Atkinson Graduate School of Management.  She is passionate about business topics, including aligning business strategy with day-to-day activities, design thinking, and organizational communication.

Elaine is involved in community activities; she is founding co-organizer of Redefining Women in Tech and a mentor in the local entrepreneurial/startup community.  She is a life member of Delta Sigma Pi - Professional Business Fraternity. She founded and owns an award-winning skin care company, Ink Defense Tattoo and she is a published author.
